Favorite Overnight Oats

1 cup Almond Milk (or personal preference)

½ cup dry rolled oats

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

½ Tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 scoop Whey Protein (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon maple syrup

½ banana sliced (optional)

 

Mix all the ingredients. Let sit overnight. Serve with fresh fruit and granola. I use a wide-mouth mason jar with a plastic lid. And usually make 3-4 jars at a time so I have breakfast ready to go all week. Feel free to play around with ingredients and share any new combinations you come up with, with me!
